Skin care in Kaimuki

A steady routine for skin that spends time in the sun

Two estheticians, one quiet room and a visit every four to six weeks, planned around the weather you live in. We are welcoming new clients.

How we work

The sun here does not take a season off

Most of our clients are outdoors more than they mean to be: the walk to the bus, the lanai, a Saturday at the beach. We do not promise a result. We look at your skin as it is, ask what your week looks like, and build a routine and a calendar you can keep.

  • A skin check at the start of every visit

  • Sun-care notes that change with the season

  • A written note in your file after each visit

The skin plan

A visit every four to six weeks, kept on the calendar

A plan puts your next visit on the calendar before you leave the room. Each one lists its term, how to stop and what happens to visits you have not used, and the booking page shows the price before you join.

  • Steady plan

    Every six weeks

A 60-minute custom facial every six weeks, with the same esthetician where the calendar allows.

Your year

How a year on the plan goes

The calendar is the plan. What changes from visit to visit is what we notice, and what we write down.

  1. 01

    Step 1: The first visit

A skin check and a conversation. You leave with a routine written down and your next two dates booked.

  2. 02

Step 2: Every four to six weeks

A custom or slow facial, a look at how your skin has been, and a note kept in your file.

  3. 03

Step 3: When the weather turns

Twice a year we go over the routine again: what suits the dry months, what suits the humid ones, and what to wear on the days you are outside.

Start with the time you have

Four facials, each with its time on the menu.

Facials, by how long you have

  • Skin check and consultation

    30 min

A conversation about your routine and the sun you get, a look at your skin under the lamp, and a plan you can say yes or no to.

    New clients
    Book: Skin check and consultation
  • Custom facial

    50 min

Cleansing, a gentle exfoliation, extractions where they help and a mask, chosen at the skin check. Our most common visit.

    Book: Custom facial
  • Slow facial

    75 min

The same care with time in it: a slow massage of the face, neck and shoulders while a mask sets.

    Book: Slow facial
  • Long slow facial

    90 min

For the visit you have been meaning to take. Everything in the slow facial, and a hand and forearm massage at the end.

    Deposit to book
    Book: Long slow facial

A facial of 75 minutes or more leaves time for a massage and a mask, and takes a deposit that goes toward the service.

Prices come from the length of the visit and the add-ons you choose, and they show on the booking page before you confirm.

Your estheticians

Two estheticians, one room

Elinor and Jinhee share the room and the notes, so whoever you see knows your skin.

Short answers before you book

How often should I come in?

Most plans run every four to six weeks. At your skin check we will tell you which suits your routine and your calendar, and you can change it later.

Do I have to join a plan?

No. Any facial can be booked on its own. A plan is for people who would rather have the next visit already on the calendar.

What if I have had a lot of sun?

Tell us when you book. If your skin is tender, we will move your visit rather than work over it.

Do you do peels?

Superficial peels only, after a consultation and a patch test. We agree on the peel with you before it is booked.

How does pricing work?

The length of the visit, the add-ons you choose, and a single visit or a plan set the price. The booking page shows it before you confirm. Our pricing page has the detail.

A skin check and a talk about your routine comes first, whether you want one facial or a plan.
