Questions before you book
How often should I come in?
Most plans run every four to six weeks. At your skin check we will tell you which suits your routine and your calendar.
What does a skin check involve?
A conversation about your routine and the sun you get, a look at your skin under the lamp, and a plan. It is about 30 minutes, and part of your first facial.
What if I have had a lot of sun?
Tell us when you book. If your skin is tender, we will move your visit rather than work over it.
Do I need the plan?
No. Any facial can be booked on its own, and a plan can be stopped with seven days' notice.
Do you do peels?
Superficial peels only, after a consultation and a patch test.
Who will I see?
Elinor or Jinhee. You can ask for either when you book, or let the calendar choose. Both read the same notes.
Do you speak languages other than English?
Jinhee speaks Korean as well as English. Elinor speaks English.
Where do I park?
Behind the building, off Eighth Avenue. The studio door is on the Waialae Avenue side.
How does pricing work?
The length of the visit, the add-ons and a single visit or a plan set the price, and the booking page shows it before you confirm.
When should I ask my doctor first?
If you are pregnant, use a prescription skin medicine, or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask before you book a peel or an LED light.
