A patch test where needed
Before a peel or a product we have not used on you. We wait before the peel is booked.
A plan you can refuse
What we suggest, in what order, and how long each part takes. You can say no to any of it.
A note in your file
What we found and what we agreed, written down so either esthetician can pick it up.
A date
Your next visit, if you want one. Nothing is booked without your yes.
When to see someone else
We will suggest a dermatologist or your doctor when
A mole or spot that has changed in size, color or shape
Skin that is painful, weeping or crusted
A rash that spreads, or skin that reacts to what we have used
Skin that is burned or blistered from sun
A skin condition a doctor is already managing
Anything that worries you, or us
