Policies

Our policies

What to know before you book, in plain words.

Booking and deposits

Every visit is booked online, with a card on file. The longer facials, 75 and 90 minutes, take a deposit that holds your time and goes toward your service. The booking page shows the amount before you confirm.

Canceling and running late

Please give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit; a text or an email is fine. If you are running late, call us. We may shorten the visit so the next client is not kept waiting.

If you miss an appointment

If a visit is missed without notice, the deposit stays with us and we will ask you to call before you book again. We know a day can go sideways, so call us and tell us what happened.

Children and companions

Our clients are adults, 18 and over. A friend or family member is welcome to wait in the sitting area. The treatment room has space for one client and one esthetician.

Patch tests and allergies

Before a peel, or any product we have not used on your skin, we do a patch test at your consultation and wait before the peel is booked. Tell us about anything your skin has reacted to, and we will keep it in your file.

If you're not happy

If something about your visit was not right, tell us within a few days and we will make it right.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one at checkout or hand it to your esthetician, and it goes to the person who gave your facial.

Before your visit

At booking we tell you what to pause before your visit, such as exfoliating products. If you have had a lot of sun, or your skin is tender, tell us and we will move your visit rather than work over it. Your intake form is on the booking page.

When to ask your doctor first

If you are pregnant, use a prescription skin medicine, or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask your doctor before you book a peel or an LED light add-on. If we think a dermatologist should see your skin, we will tell you.

Book a skin check

A skin check and a talk about your routine comes first, whether you want one facial or a plan.
