Pricing
How pricing works
What decides the price
Three things set the price of a visit: how long it is, which add-ons you choose, and whether you book a single visit or a skin plan. The booking page shows the price of each before you confirm.
Visit length: 30, 50, 75 or 90 minutes
Add-ons, each with its own time
A single visit or a plan, every four to six weeks
What the consultation covers
Your first facial starts with a skin check and a conversation, and it comes first. For a peel or for dermaplaning, we meet for a consultation before the service is booked, and we agree on it with you.
Deposits
The longer facials, 75 and 90 minutes, take a deposit to hold your time. It goes toward your service, and the booking page shows the amount when you book.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Add-ons are chosen with your esthetician and booked with the facial, each with its own time. We tell you what an add-on involves before we start it, never on the day as a surprise.
We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit. A text or an email is fine. Our policies page says what happens when notice is shorter.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you check out, or hand it to your esthetician, and it goes to the person who gave your facial.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card is for any amount you choose, for a visit or for a plan visit. Buy one online and we send it by email, or collect it at the studio.
Book a skin check
A skin check and a talk about your routine comes first, whether you want one facial or a plan.
